Re: Mixed Messages

We have had several electrical issues and now a minor recall with our 2014, which on the surface, I'm ok with. I fully expected some problems with a new build car. What has frustrated us so far has been seeing the poor service, communication, and organization from both the dealer and Chrysler itself that has to support these issues.

Would I buy a Jeep again based on the vehicle itself? Yes.
Would I buy a Jeep again based on the network of support behind it? Not right now.

Jer,

I think this is a good perspective, and I think the great majority of people would agree. It is not about what the problem is, but rather how the problem is dealt with...

If you had the time, I think it would be good if you wrote Chrysler (applies to anyone who has had issues and not been properly assisted) and let them know how you feel. I think it is VERY important for Chrysler to know that people want to buy their vehicles but may very well go elsewhere simply due to the dealer experiences.

I do believe things will change but Chrysler needs some incentive to put pressure on their dealers in the Service Departments sooner rather than later IMHO.
