MPG Readout

Hi - '13 Laredo here. I'm wondering about the onboard fuel economy readout; I've never reset the computer. Does it automatically reset after a fill-up? Or, would the readout be for the life of the vehicle (3200 miles) if I've never reset it?

Re: MPG Readout

As Bill mentions, it doesn't reset automatically and is a running average weighted on the previous 500 miles or so, if I'm not mistaken. I used to reset mine often, but just let it go at this point unless I'm going to take a longer trip.
