Those are serious enough that I'd call them crapflaps instead of mudflaps.

actually thr is 2 choices for size... 9"x15" and 11"x19"

Maybe. But you need to consider where he lives, what kind of roads he drives on and what his weather can be like. It's for functional protection, not necessarily beauty.

So true..... person who travel through 150 km mud and gravel road wont think about adding more beauty, but tries to keep the original beauty as it is....

No, the mud flaps do a good job of keeping rocks from getting kicked up at your Jeep...but the area they cup around the bottom trim will get marred up when dirt gets caught between the mud flap and your trim.
