My first Grand Cherokee

Well, I picked up my first Jeep Grand Cherokee this week and I am completely in love with it! (Also, my first post on these forums, love them so far!)

2015 Overland
Brilliant Black exterior with Indigo & Brown interior
5.7L V8
Advanced Technology Package
Quadra-Drive II

Well, i've been lurking around the forums for the past few months while I awaited my WK2. Today was like Christmas, I picked her up today Here are some pics of her (named Jamie).

2015 Overland, 5.7L V8, Brilliant Black Exterior, Indigo & Brown interior, Advanced Technology Package

Ordered some Husky floor mats today, and will probably tint the windows at some point! Not sure if I want to do much else to it though (any suggestions on things to do? I'll also have a browse around these forums!)

She/He/It's a beauty. Great build. I would tint the windows, and I suggest getting brilliant black mirror caps although that is difficult to get done since you can't just buy the brilliant black mirror caps.

The Overland looks fantastic man. Great color combination too. I would definitely tint it to keep the suns rays from damaging the wonderful interior. Take good care of her!

Re: My first Grand Cherokee

Congrats. Looks nice. Honestly what you mentioned is good but I'd consider a catch can if you plan on keeping it for yrs to come. Best investment i've made. Search the subject and you will be amazed as to all the gunk that goes into your intake.

Re: My first Grand Cherokee

Congratulations !, looks very sharp...give it a little time and then my suggestion is to try it where it really behaves !, where would that be ?..check my posts with pics and you"ll get the idea.
One suggestion ?...the K&N air intake system, not only you get some more power (which obviously you have more than enough), but the sound !....that is really something else !.
Have a great day and enjoy it.

Your pics and videos are awesome! Wish there was some good sand close to where I live... unfortunately there isn't any for a couple hundred miles or so

Picked up my 2015 Overland this week too. I have the same interior... hated it in pictures... ordered it based on comments here... now...love it and the brown stitching on the top of the dash eliminates the reflecting issues other have complained about in the past with other interiors.

Yes.

And I must apologize to everyone for ridiculing the heated steering wheel several months ago. My comment was, "I have gloves". Even though it will be in the 60F - 70F range here next week, it has been in the 40's this week.

Now, "The heated steering wheel is the greatest invention since the zipper".
