It's the 3.6, no problem climbing 7000 feet over the 18 miles to the mountain top 👍

This is were I purchased the running boards. If you order by phone you may get them a bit cheaper. Install was pretty straight forward.

You may have also noticed I installed the match color body side moldings. They saved me from a door ding. Which would have really ruined my day!

Thanks--so far I am really enjoying the new ride. I have a question that probably should go somewhere else-but I will post it here since I don't know how to find every correct thread yet. I went to a local dealer and had some wheel locks put on my wheels. My question is, since these wheel locks are so much longer than the factory lug nuts, it appears that someone could apply a pair of vice grips on it and maybe turn it. But since they are on I just want to know if that ring around it is not part of the one piece wheel lock and would just turn like a "washer" or it is just one piece? I hope I made this clear and didn't go too far off topic since this is still a first impression for me. Thanks.

They are just one piece. I had a tire shop break a key one and had to take the old locks off, just forced a cheap socket over them and took them off. If they stick out vise grips would probably work as well. I think the key thing is that they are a deterrent (ie makes it harder to steal).

I was concerned about this and did a thread two years ago. The ones you see pictured on my GC are from the dealership. They are one piece. Locking wheel lugs Useless?

Thanks for confirming my thoughts after the fact. I had the dealer put them on for me as I watched the young man do it--just didn't occur to me till I slept on it last night that they are probably useless. I really doubt if I can get my money back on them now--live and learn I say--but I am a senior citizen and guess I am still learning--

(edit) Okay--checked your thread out and apparently the 82210879 are the correct wheel locks so they should replace them(82212564--what they put on) since they put on the wrong ones. Thanks again-will let you know if they replace them

I was over at my local dealer this morning with my Patriot, but told them about the locking wheel locks and showed the information you had on the forum. They did not have any 82210879 locks but gave me a set of 82212567 wheel locks to try. The manager who I didn't talk too in parts picked these out so I will see. They look like they will mount flush so hope they are the correct wheel locks. If anybody knows anymore information about these I would appreciate any help you can give me.
