Re: My High Altitude is home

Looks great. How are your seat heaters working? A few others with HAs say they don't work well for some reason. I'm tempted to pull the trigger on a HA myself.

Shockwave will become famous soon enough
Re: My High Altitude is home

does the factory have the option to tint the drivers and and passenger side windows? Or does that have to be done aftermarket?

Those Billet Silver pictures are killing me, the BS looks great in pictures for me, but not in person(mainly the front looks weird to me in that color)

Driver and passenger windows cannot be from the factory. That's done aftermarket.

They are definitely weak compared to my Audi and previous cars but maybe that's just jeep, guys in other models are saying they get super hot so if that's true then mine are weak like a lot of the other HA guys are reporting

I went and got 18% tint in my first week with the jeep, it's illegal in NY but makes the vehicle look a lot more uniform

Not sure if you also saw my HA compared to Summit thread, but that was one of things I noted as well and it wasn't just in my head. I was driving my 2014 Summit back to back with a new High Altitude and both the drivers seat and steering wheel heat were not as effective as my '14 Summit. I had the same clothes on so its not like that was a variable as I know that can make a difference. No idea if anything changed or not between the years so who knows what was up. They still worked fine its not like they were so weak that something was wrong, they simply just weren't as hot as my 2014.

Re: My High Altitude is home

weird, my HA was a 10/15 build, maybe a parts supply change or complaints of the seats being too hot made them tone it down in the later builds

Oh hey buddy. I followed you over here from AZ. Got a link to those lugs you ordered?

Seat heaters in my HA don't seem to get as hot either, at least not compared to my Audi or my '12GC. Steering wheel gets plenty warm though.

hey welcome, I got them on Amazon, not sure if that's the cheapest but I have prime and was too lazy to go wild looking for lowest price
