Too bad that the pink convertible is taking up the garage.

Re: my new ride.

That's nice, really nice.

What's the code on your wheel type? Any off-road package on yours?
I like yours and my current '14 Limited wheels, just want to make sure I can get something similar if I order a '17

Nice, clean looking ride. I also like the wheels.
Bottle some of that new car smell for later.

Re: my new ride.

It appears he does not have off-road pkg. The wheels may be standard equipment for 2017, but who knows since you can't build one on the official Jeep website yet.

Re: my new ride.

Thanks guys.

No special off-road package. It's the Limited with the standard 18" wheels and Michelin Premier LTX tires. Also came with the 23H package. Coming from a 2014 Limited, here are a few thoughts on the 2017 so far (albeit only had it for a couple of days):

-Quieter in the cabin, probably due to the removal of the dual exhaust, now single on the V6 (2016, 2017).
- I do notice a bit more torque at low rpm which is nice.
- I like the new shifter compared to the 2014.
- Auto stop/start (ASS) is definitely something to get used to. I already hate it but you can turn it off with the push of a button, although it annoyingly resets back ON when you turn off the engine and restart it. With ASS on, I've managed to prevent ASS from engaging by manipulating the brake pedal. Besides other factors, the ASS will only come on when you press the brake pedal far down enough (like past half way down). For example, when coming to stop, if you press the brake pedal just enough to make the Jeep stop (don't have your foot hard on it), ASS will not engage. I was able to do this the entire commute to work this morning, and I have lots of stop and go. I tested this at the first traffic light, I had the brake pedal pressed just enough to keep the Jeep from moving (and probably a bit more) then I kept pressing down and it eventually engaged ASS. While the engine was off and still waiting for the green light, I lifted up on the brake pedal and the engine turned back on, still not moving. I think I'll just push the button to turn it off, as it can get annoying at times. I'm also hoping Jeep comes out with a software upgrade to keep the drivers setting and not reset it back on.
-This may also be an option on the 2016 (I don't know), but I noticed the option for steering feel in UConnect. There is a 'Normal', 'Sport' and 'Comfort' mode. I had it set to Normal. Has anyone tried the different modes and notice any difference?
- UConnect adds some more features which is nice (i.e., different color themes for the screen, steering feel)
- I like the new wheels on the 2017 Limited. They are silver with darker grey on the insides. Makes for a more rugged look.
- Love the Michelin Premier LTX tires. Tirerack reviews are high. Had the Michelin Latitudes on the 2014 and they never balanced right (steering wheel shimmy). I'm hoping these Premier LTX are better.
- I really like the new front fascia and grill on the Limited.
- I have two young kids, the grip handles they added by the doors for the rear passengers sometimes gets in the way when getting them in and out. No biggie but sort of weird.
- Overall, I like what they did with the minor facelift and new wheels and tires. It also seems to ride more comfortable as the suspension seems a 'bit' softer (perhaps it's the new car feel). Everything else in the exterior/interior seems to be the same, except for the refined V6 which is nice.

That's my quick initial review.
