Greetings,

After driving sometimes a few hours and even with rest stops, those massage seats now sound interesting. Those fun filled 12+ hours trips.

Off for another quick excursion this weekend. 4 hours their and 4 hours back.

Best for now.

Greetings,

I am sorry, I think he would like to have some great BBQ.

Now that feature would be worth having on long trips.

Best for now.

Re: Need To Vent

I think the bottom line is that there's always going to be a cheaper car that has the same or more equipment than your more expensive car. You have to face the fact that as a Limited, especially one without HID lights your GC is a pretty low trim level car, there are two (three if you count the SRT) trim levels above you in the GC line. When you compare your Limited GC to a loaded Dart, yeah there are going to be some features that are in that loaded Dart that your lower trim GC doesn't have. For instance my $60,000 Lexus GS350 has HID lights...well an $18,000 Toyota Corolla has LED lights which are an upgrade. Does that mean that a Toyota Corolla is better than my Lexus? No.

Your GC is an entirely different vehicle designed for an entirely different market, and the features you want on your GC are available, you just have to pay for them.

I lease cars, so I realize this jab is just totally ridiculous.

Re: Need To Vent

It is to laugh. In 2012 I outfitted my GC with a 7" Android tab and a backup camera. Got sat-nav, engine diagnostics & code reading/clearing, 2500 songs with much better sound than that sat thingie they give away and it answers my phone. In 2014 I do the same thing with a 5" phone (and don't need a hotspot).

Did add side rails, silverstars, and a cargo cover. Thought about ATC but then thought why ? Only thing I insisted come from the factory was the towing package.

Have now retrofitted to my '07 Crossie, '90 'vert, and '70 toy (in the glove box). If you want it just add it.

No it isn't....you ARE renting a car when you lease one......only when you exercise your purchase option at the end does it become YOUR car !

Re: Need To Vent

In other news, when I compared upgrades in Porsches and Mercedes to the same items in my Jeep they cost multiples more. In fact, in the Porsche Macan the additions are what raise the car from an affordable car to something approaching 6 figures. Everything is relative.
