That looks a lot better then I expected.

And while I still have no plans to trade my Overland for one of these HA edition models, I'm glad Jeep is producing them.

The HA editions have the Quadra-Lift Air Suspension system. The one pictured looks like it is in the highest setting (Offroad 2).

You are basing everything on pictures. You do realize lighting and angles change everything right? especially in pictures. Just because it looks really bright in those pictures doesn't necessarily mean thats how it is in person. I have honestly never seen someone on this site hate a specific vehicle so much. I mean, I guess if I was in your position I would be a bit disgruntled as well, but come on man no one here cares how much you hate this vehicle.

Here is a close up showing the dark chrome.

Surely you have heard of the term "quadralift air suspension" on this site before lol.

What exactly is my position... I'm not disgruntled at all. Why would I be when I clearly don't like the design at all? I'm really confused by your statement.

The HA guys who like the car are all just assuming we (altitude owners) are jealous of it for some reason when literally none of us are. (Someone might be but haven't seen a current altitude owner drool over this thing in the thread).

So I'm just continuing to add points about the vehicle that are not attractive or don't make sense and continue to piss you guys off like you continually piss us of by constantly repeating some bullshit line about jealousy? What exactly about the car do I have to be jealous about I already went over how absolutely nothing they did appeals to me or I feel is missing from my jeep like I thought it would when it was first announced until we saw how much they missed the mark. You guys talk about how shitty the altitude is in your eyes, I'll continue to talk about how shitty the HA came out to be for such a premium price over the altitude... You guys are the ones getting shafted not me.

So maybe bring up an argument other than your jealous bro cause honestly I'm that guy in a shitty altitude driving by with all the limited, overland, and summit owners drooling over my completely shitty altitude asking me questions about wtf model I have and how much they love it. But it's not an HA so it's probably just a piece of shit Laredo or something lol you guys really are clueless and have no idea.

So until your argument changes from "must be jealous" to something of actual substance I'll continue to point out how much fail the HA is from a design standpoint. You HA guys making false arguments aimed directly at altitude owners are why this thread has continued to blow out of proportion.

Heck, to add more pointless commentary to this thread...Why not by a real summit and just black it out since u literally have to do that anyway on the HA?? You can't honestly tell me you like dark chrome lol and don't give me that shit about u can't trust pictures I've seen it in person and when light is on it its indistinguishable from standard chrome.

Here is a blacked out summit for reference. Also what I think the HA should have been from the factory...

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

While I don't think I will be purchasing one. At least not right now, I think it is about time Jeep offered a more equipped version.

I always liked the idea of the Altitude but hated that it was basically a blacked out entry level Laredo.

I have nothing against the Laredo. I drove one for 10 years before I bought my Overland. I just prefer fully equipped.

It's not everyone's cup of tea but as long as it keeps people with the brand and attracts new customers, why not? The fact that Jeep is expanding and trying to appeal to more people is a good thing.

If I could change one thing about it, I would have liked it equipped with the wood grain steering wheel.

It's so far from a base Laredo. You classifying it as that clearly shows You've never been in or around one.

It has an overland exterior appearance for crying out loud how blind are you people. Plus it has options the limited doesn't have like dual outlet exhaust... Lol it's clearly much more than a base Laredo you guys are screwing with me right? Or maybe you just aren't educated on what an altitude with options is? Anyway I don't really care... Most of you can't even name what features an altitude has or doesn't have so not sure why I'm taking you seriously.

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

That blacked out Summit looks good, but he really needs the front two windows tinted as well as paint match the lower dark gray skirts....SRT headlights and tail lights wouldn't hurt either.

Im actually a Summit guy Oh and yes I can sit here and tell you that I absolutely really like the black chrome. I would even actually consider going all black chrome on my Summit, but I would want to do it all and not go half ass which means SRT headlights and tails and that would be $$$.

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

I'm sure they sell black chrome vinyl that looks identical if you would like I can find some for you. Iceman is talking about the regular altitude not the HA
