Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

weird...thanks for the parts information, I wasn't trying to mislead, but it feels completely different in the HA then my 2014 Overland.

I checked the Jeep Website after driving home to make sure I wasn't nuts...as I thought it had the same suspension as well. hmmm, wonder if the computer is set differently for the weight of the diesel, But I can tell you it is a different bounce back/stability than the Overland.
So far have 100 miles on the engine, I am overly impressed with the MPG as I am hitting 26.7 in city driving in D.C. which is impressive. There must be a gremlin in the car cause my Range is increasing as I drive from 431 to 449 after 100 miles...lol.

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

If someone with a later build (recent) HA wants to PM me their VIN I can run it through the parts catalog just to make sure nothing has changed. I did this several times earlier on and they all came back with the same part numbers as the standard Overland/Summit for shocks/air suspension. But who knows...they may have made it a running change or late availability kind of thing.

I don't like all the chrome on the Summit. I like the Overland but like the Summit bumper covers better.
The headlights are not the best part of the SRT

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

Yeah the SRT is still the looker, it's definitely a sexy beast for sure! And the interior is better looking than the HA, IMO.

Re: New: 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Edition

I did see my first HA on the road today. They are definitely better looking IRL than in pics

What do you mean? I think they are pretty darn cool. Black bezel, autoleveling, adaptive, bixenon, LED DRL, LED signals, auto high beam. And they look cool. Whats not to like about a headlight like that?

YES.

The Summit and SRT both have the BEST headlights currently available on the Grand Cherokee lineup.

The Overland, High Altitude, & Limited (w/Lux II pkg) have similar looking headlights but they are not adaptive, nor do they have washers.

HA has the headlight washers. They just aren't adaptive like on the Summit.
