Re: New Car Smell!!

LOL... my 14 is the first Jeep I've ever owned that didn't come from the factory with a crooked steering wheel.

Re: New Car Smell!!

me too, mine is a 6/15 build too. make sure you call around to find a dealer service center that is familiar with this problem and aware there is a TSB out there for this problem. I took mine back to the dealer I bought from, boy, it was a bad experience. The service advisor girl was clueless, not sure how she got the job, she is type that knows nothing about cars. The tech told me he can't reproduce the problem, not until I told him about the TSB. long story short, they gave me a p.o to a tire chain store down the street to get an alignment, it's 95% better, but still not 100% straight. So if I try to bring it to another dealer, would they be able to look up my VIN# and tell me I had an alignment done already so they won't do it?

Re: New Car Smell!!

Well it seems there's a price to pay for the added changes of the MY15, that is...if you pick up a pentestar.

That sux overlanding. Hope it gets fixed if not trade that sucker back in for a hemi

I've never seen that before, I'll have to check it out! Nothing like a clean car

Just got it back from the dealer today. Most of the things are fixed. All but the transmission noise.

I actually traded in a flawless 2014 Hemi Overland. Not so smart huh

Re: New Car Smell!!

One of the many reasons I buy my vehicles without a sunroof is to keep that new car smell! . Shame that the Chrysler built V6 transmissions still have issues. I too, have a flawless '14 V8.
