New Guy from PC-New to Jeep

Hi Guys,

Just stopping by to say hi. Just got myself a 15 GC two weeks ago. Coming from a 14 Camry my fiancee and I needed bigger vehicles (she also got herself a 15 Journey from a 05 Focus). We are expecting our first child together this July and traveling will be a lot easier in both cars. So far I love my Jeep! My boss has a 14 and after driving hers extensively we decided it was the car for us. My Jeep will be predominantly use for commuting/some outdoorsy stuff. Also the fuel economy has surprised me as I've only given up 2 mpg vs the Camry (v6 as well).

Welcome. I had the same experience going from Camry to JGC (2015 Overland). Hard to believe, but it's true.

Nice Jeep (looks like a Limited) If you plan on keeping it for a while you may want to consider the extended service contract. Best of luck

Re: New Guy from PC-New to Jeep

Thanks guys. This one is a Laredo E with the 8.4/18 in wheels. I'm loving the truck so far! I like the commanding driving position and the ride is smooth without being sloppy. So far i'm very happy!

Congrats! Better start building that side savings account now. The itch for mod's will start very soon. Especially if you intend to read the many areas of this forum. 😀

Bruh.....I've been constantly lurking the forums and I must say there are a few mods I already want to do. Wouldn't mind putting a set of 20's off an Overland for starts.

Re: New Guy from PC-New to Jeep

Thanks for the replies guys I really appreciate it. Quick question-does anyone know where I could pick up some chrome-look grille slats? I would like to jazz up the front end a bit more.
