I realized that, while that might be beneficial i didnt want to spend the extra money on the diesel or hemi because the V6 had a good amount of power. I was primarily looking at the package for the 18in wheels with on/off road tires and the added skid plates.

I was blown away by the HK speakers, definitely seemed worth the $795. My biggest regret with the Lexus IS was not getting their upgraded speaker system (Mark Levinson) when i purchased the car. Their base speakers while still alright did a lot of strange things to simulate bass and surround sound.

I was originally looking at used 2011 WK2's but they wanted $23,000+ for 50,000 of somebody else's miles. That's a 4 year old Jeep.
At the end of the lease when it is a 4 year old Jeep the option to buy it is $16,000.
Basically you could lease it for four years. Buy it for $7,000 less then what people want for used. Drive it for 1 more year. Trade it in for the next jeep.
And it got me out of my somehow nearly upside down pos Ford Fusion and back into a jeep.
Sounds like you got a good deal on the Laredo, leasing is definitely the way to go.
My current car is financing and i'm try my best not to get burned for a lot of money. I have 8 weeks to do a private sale while the order is being placed, which shouldn't be difficult but its just a headache that i don't want to deal with.

What did you put as a down payment to get to a payment of 550?
My Lexus IS is financed and i had to put down 10k to get a payment of 595 a month. But that car had an MSRP ~44,000.
Also today i realized that when you try to select the HK speakers on the jeep website it only gives you the option of beige interior. Do you know if thats the case, because i was looking to get black.
