New owner of a '15 High Altitude

I traded in my '14 Overland this past Friday for a '15 High Altitude in Billet Silver. I had my '14 for 30 months and 31k miles but, once I saw the High Altitude get announced, I knew I needed one.

I opted for the 5.7L Hemi and it makes the Jeep feel like a completely different animal compared to the V6 I had in my '14 Overland. I am loving it. It also has HK Audio.

Loving this thing! Loving everything about it.

Nice. Mind if I ask how much you got for your trade? I'm thinking of moving up to a '15 Overland from my '14 Limited.

Those High Altitudes sure do look nice in Billet Silver. Very nice ride you've got there.

Nice ride, what's with the chrome in the front lower bumper and the chrome strip in the back bumper and black everywhere else??? Do you have any pics of your nice keeps interior?? How does it differ from your previous overland and does the HA have the air suspension?

The chrome on the front and back is 'trivalent chrome'. Generally it looks black. The only chrome that is actually chrome is around the window trim. I don't know why they didn't use the trivalent chrome there.

Yes, HA does have QuadraLift.

Not sure what you mean "whatsup with the chrome", but the High Altitude basically has the Summit exterior and all the parts that are normally chrome are as mentioned called "Trivalent chrome" which is black chrome. Sometimes depending on the light the darkness of the chrome looks a little different maybe thats what you are referring to I'm not sure.
Other parts such as emblems and logos and stuff are gloss black. Great looking package IMO.

Here is a picture I took showing the "Trivalent Chrome" parts up close. Beautiful! These are just the front bumper lower appliques and fog bezels, but this same finish is on the grill rings, rear tail light bezels, and lower rear bumper trim as you see above.

Yea. A lot more. The V8 is great. I also like that the interior plastic trimming is silver as opposed to the bronze color that it was in my '14 Overland. HK Audio is great too. Love the black wheels. All around better vehicle.

The one thing I don't like it that it doesn't come with the standard Overland roof rails. It has the plastic "deleted" ones that I can't bolt my Mopar cross bars to.
