No it is not. The front right side of the seat should have black piping, this side is clearly visable without the black piping.
Look at the drivers seat, visable in the picture.

I looked last night. The seat cover does have black piping it's just not visible in the picture.
Regardless, still an unacceptable installation.

Look again, it is there on the pass. side...optical illusion.

Inorder to get an entirely new seat, what would that process look like? ie- how much do i have to complain and who do i need to contact besides my dealer?

Chances are slim to none that they will give you an entire new seat. Not only, that, they woudls probably screw something else up getting the seat in and out. What they need to do is have an auto upholstery shop put on the new leather, instead of some boob at the dealer.
