My wife would like that color...
I prefer my 'stealth' grey.
Now with the black locking lugs and the Goodyear A/T Adventures, I just need to Plastidip the wheels black and it will really look nice.

Re: Noticed

Your color choice has a lot to do with why folks are checking the truck out.
It's nice!.

We all get the stares but your color really gives that ,"WHAT IS THAT APPEAL!!!" appeal.

I only get that too but when people get close and see the black on black scheme.

Otherwise my truck is just another black SUV.

Re: Noticed

In my area there are so many WK2s. I've literally been at lights and been surrounded by all sides with GCs. Guess I'll have to come up with a Mod to make mine stand out more.

Re: Noticed

I get a lot of looks and comments as well. Usually people think my engine is dying and that Jeep makes a junky vehicle.

Guess the diesel clickity clacks a little to much for them. LOL

Re: Noticed

I get quite a few looks, but probably give more as I compare mine to other wk2's on the road. Too easy not to and see what people do and don't do to their rides.

I get that same type of look while driving my 2005 New Beetle TDI
Actually had someone at work tell me that something must be wrong with it, LOL

I like black so that's what I bought but I really like that color. I typically don't like bright red vehicles (IMO that color seems best suited to sports cars) but I like the deep red that Jeep has on the JGC... it's almost a combination of red with a little black thrown in to give it some depth. Good stuff.

Re: Noticed

We get nothing but thumbs up and compliments with our Trailhawk.

It is very unique in a sea of GC's.
