Noticed hardly any 4x4s on dealer lots, how many of you are getting the 4x4?

I would have thought most people would buy a jeep with 4x4?

I clicked on wrong board by mistake, it's been fixed by a Mod.

Or the only ones left are 4X2 because they don't sell...very well

Since you're in the Southeast somewhere, and I'm in Charlotte, the further south you get the less likely to "need" a 4X4

I'm in Durham NC and I got the 4x4. I think nearly all the Jeeps I see *on the road* are 4x4. When I was shopping for remnant 2013s earlier this year, there were largely only 4x2s on the lots. They don't sell as well IMHO.

I personally don't understand why anyone would buy a 4x2 jeep.

Mall duty, grocery gitter. Some just like the look of the Jeep. They see all the 4x4's and want the look.

Like the majority of people on the road, they don't need a 4x4.

But, they want the features and reliability of the new uConnect system.

In Canada you can't even order a 4x2, which is a good thing. Must have something to do with our long winters lol.
