Oil pressure sensor

Got another MIL the other day, which said the oil pressure sensor malfunctioned. I know there's a TSB for this and I'm gonna get it fixed, however it seems that ever since the light went on the car has been driving like shit, particularly really harsh shifting and feeling underpowered. Before I had none of these problems. Could these two issues be related? Thanks.

It sounds like you may have more going on than a failed oil pressure sensor, unless that malfunction causes the engine controller to take actions which try to limit engine output.

Probably good idea to add make/model/engine to your identity or post.
