ORC Module Question

I've searched on this device and only read about the errors that get resolved upon replacing it, but recently I had mine replaced and I've noticed a few bugs or annoyances have disappeared with this being replace. So far I've noticed I'm no longer having to press the lock button on the door handle multiple times to lock the vehicle anymore, the rear gate no longer takes 4 clicks on the remote to open, and my radio hasn't stop reading the SD card, music over Bluetooth, or USB. Does anyone know what exactly this module is responsible for and is it possible the problems others have been having could be due to a faulty ORC module? Did Chrysler acquire a bad batch of these for the early builds?

ORC Module Question

They probably did flash software in your car while replacing the module. Went through the same drill. On my invoice it clearly states that along with all the modules that got flashed with the new software.

The symptoms that you describe are related to body control module which had recently been tagged with TSB for software upgrade.
