Great minds must think alike. I want to order the same Overland with Inferno and black interior but I am waiting to see the Mineral Gray and Saddle up close.
I assume you ordered the 430N. I may hold out for the 730N. I always program my portable GPS when I am moving and I believe only the 730's new and old versions have Voice Navigation. I'm not interested in installing a lockpick so I think I will just have to wait. I would prefer the Garmin but haven't heard anything bad about the Harmon so I'll settle on the 730N when it is available.
I too am only waiting for the 730.

Congratulations on your order. I understand the waiting as I did this same thing last year.

Does anyone know how long it will be before I get a VIN#? I was curious about how long it takes so I could begin tracking it on here.

Hard to say- it seems like you get a VIN when it hits D1 status. Mine went to D1 as fast as anything I've heard- about 5 days (now, if only it SHIPPED that fast). Others have taken a month or more. Right now it looks like a week or two is probably the norm.

CONGRATS!
I hope Jeep is better with delivering than Ford. My son ordered a new Mustang in July and still doesn't have it! They keep giving him new dates and excuses. Truly a load of BS. They could have pushed the friggin' thing here by now!

Re: Ordered Yesterday! Now the waiting begins...

It's all of the manufactures ordering and delivery process. I ordered a Camaro last year for my wife. The same thing was happening all over the Camaro boards. I just don't think the launch of a new product goes very well for the manufacturers. I saw the same thing last year. I don't know why they can't get it right. As staunch supporters and early adopters of a new product you would think they would want these things in our hands.

Good luck with your order.

Re: Ordered Yesterday! Now the waiting begins...

Do you guys think I can order a black overland with saddle interior now? Is there anything special to it? I've come to terms with not being able to get blackberry and saddle. Just wondering if the dealers are all able to order saddle now. And also, I guess it will take a lot longer to get a saddle interior overland?
