Either this guy was a dickhead to the Police when they came (which I seriously doubt) or that LEO is the world's biggest asshole.

Likely not loose lug nuts. If you look closely the wheel is still happily attached to the suspension components. It didn't come off. The suspension was ripped apart and came away with the assembly.

Anyone know how fast he was going? Had to be at least 80 if not more, right?

Re: Ouch

Don't know... but he had to be really moving to sheer off the suspension like that.

He may have nicked a curb and all hell broke loose.

Oh, he definitely slid sideways... most likely into a curb. And he had to be moving to sheer everything off like that and roll over.

What a waste of a sweet ride.

So sad. People like that should not be allowed to own a Jeep, let alone an SRT.

Caliper is on a distinguished road
Re: Ouch

What a terrible waste of an SRT. Probably swerved and hit a high curb or a tree with the rear tire managing to tear it apart. At least noone was hurt.

Re: Ouch

The picture shows where the vehicle came to rest. Where and what he hit isn't even in the picture. To me, just another indicator of a high rate of speed impact.
