Overland Red or White?

Well my decision is down to this - red exterior or white? Heading to dealer tomorrow to see what they can find.

Overland model with no extra add-ons. Frost (beige) interior because I like the contrast between the darker brown dash and lighter frost seats. Wish they had used the darker brown on carpet instead of lighter tan but ok.

Leaning toward white but really close in my mind I go back and forth. Any differences between the 2 colors in maintenance keeping 'em clean? Red is metallic, white is non-metallic. White was noticeably cooler to the touch in the hot sun this morning. White ones on lot had many drip lines but they probably haven't been washed in months. Never had a white car before, how tough is white to keep clean? Gotta get through northeast (NJ)) winters in snow, slush and salt for months.

I liked the way the red tail lights poped against the white body.

As the owner of a white JGC, I must say it looks great and is very easy to maintain. My experience has been that grime and light scratches show up much more on darker colors.

Personally I love the DCR. I almost got it instead of granite and even now I'm having second thoughts.

My decison was easy. After two red Limiteds, my wife decided we should go back to a white with the Indigo blue/brown interior. I also ordered the base Overland with no options. Should be getting ours the 3rd or 4th week of July. I think the white is much easier to wash as it doesn't show streaking as much from hard water.

DCR awesome colour and is a real head turner when polished up with the bling. However, glad I went white for all of the abocve reasons, and will hopefully appeal to the wider masses when it comes up for sale.

I've had two white jeeps and two red jeeps. It is easier to keep the white looking clean, but when the dcr is clean, I don't think there's anything sharper. You can't go wrong either way?

I ended up with the white with indigo/brown interior, pick it up tomorrow. The darker interior is a big change for me but I took a chance...it did look amazing in person

I'm surprised they had one with the indigo interior it seems most have to order that want that interior and it sounded like from you post yesterday that you didn't want it. Is this a large volume dealer that had it in stock or did they have to get it from another dealer?
