The MY14 Summit is not being marketed toward the "off road" crowd...it's positioning is as a luxury SUV. While you can add physically the skid plates, change the wheels/tires and (with body modification) add the tow hooks yourself after purchase, you'll never get official "trail rated" on the Summit in the present Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup.
