Re: Owned the Overland 1 year now
We've had our a year on 4/1. Has 8k miles. We've been waiting 1 month now for replacement "New" Saddle/Black seat covers since both front have shown excessive wear. (It's my wife's car and she slides out. She's 5'1" so not much else she can do until the moulded running boards are ever released).
I did finally find the the rattle in the sunroof panel. I keep thinking it was the headliner, but was the rear glass panel as it fit in the body. Pressing hard on the glass from the outside (okay - pounding on the rear glass panel with my fist) has made the rattle stop. Not sure how or why, but it worked - at least on mine.
I agree, that the 5.7 seems quicker now. Recent 600 mile round trip to Dallas yielded 19.5 going south into headwind, and 20.7 on the return with a slight tail wind with cruise set at 73 and A/C on.
Overall, we're happy. I agree on the overall fit and finish. I wish the door stops were stronger so the doors would stay open on a slight incline, and fortunately, I know my way home, since then 730 continues to delete my home address.
