Owner's manual

C'mon guys and gals....if you have the money to spend approx. 40K on a new GC you also know how to read. Why so many questions [ad nausium] about things that are so easily answered by just reading the owner's manual?

Re: Owner's manual

The DVD that comes with the vehicle for lack of a better word sucks, you have to call JEEP to get the printed FULL version of the owners manual.

You can also download a copy from jeep's web site. Just go to their home page and clic owners info at top then pic owners manuals. It should take you to this link to choose your year and vehicle.

http://www.jeep.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html

Then downloads a PDF file. I then synced to my iPad and voilą, an easy way to have the manual while I'm in the car (when I get it) and doesn't clutter up my glove compartment.

Re: Owner's manual

I received an owners manual in a nice little jeep pouch. Is in the top of the glove compartment tucked away.

Re: Owner's manual

That manual in the Jeep pouch is a very abbreviated manual. The full manual is on the website or available for order.

Yeah, but many of the questions being asked aren't only in the owner's manual, they're also in that quick start guide.

Folks just ain't payin' attention.

Re: Owner's manual

JG and the OM is the only thing I got at this point, other than a bunch of uninstalled stuff.

I don't know what we'd do if it weren't for the endless debate and methodology over how best to mitigate the headlight indicator on the dash. Electrical tape is clearly inadequate.
