Hopefully the pictures are clear enough..
IF anyone was wondering where the heck I've been...
This is where. Paint! (But I'm out of there, hated it...)
Those fascias come in pre-painted, and they're all like that, some are just more noticeable than others depending on the color, amount of plastic flashing, and the eye of the human. You have no clue how many fascias we go through for that SAME problem. That one isn't even bad, honestly. I work there and wouldn't worry about it.

I will say this though, I bought a new factory fresh Summit last month and after a few washes and a waxing I have had time to see every inch of the paint up close and personal. There are a few minor defects in a couple areas. One looks like a piece of dust in the finish. I personally would absolutely not have it repainted. I would much rather have a small defect that no one is going to see versus an entire repainted panel that probably won't match color perfectly, will have varying clear coat texture that won't match the rest of the oem clear, and will have more defects than the original lol.
Just my opinion :-)
Oh and for what it's worth we just bought a new 2015 Honda Odyssey which is also white like my Summit, and I even noticed a couple very minor imperfections in that as well. It's normal man, leave it be and don't get it fixed, you will be more pissed with the crappy paint job that some shop does.
You're right. It's dirt in the paint. There's several of us who try our hardest, sweating our behinds off (literally) to get rid of all of the dirt after it's painted, but no paint job is perfect. Literally, NOT ONE. I once cleaned up a hood with 20 spots of dirt!!!! After I did my time in paint, I looked at my own Jeep and all I could say was...
If you can get these defects in pictures, do you mind sending them to me? Sometimes they are very hard to photograph.

nookie... ugh... That's one thing that I absolutely CANNOT STAND TO LOOK AT. It's the "flake" in the paint that is not spread evenly. Our new paint process has definitely prevented this from being so bad, but IMO, looking at them for 10 hours a day, it could still be better but that's bad. I've been complaining about this since I started...
You guys know I'm not gonna stop either.
