Re: Panoramic Roof

I have the pano roof on my Laredo X and it is my favorite feature on my WK2. It can really open up the jeep when it's fully open.

Re: Panoramic Roof

I bought a Limited in December that had the single roof. I just traded this week for another Limited that has the Pano. I have to say, I am so glad this one has it on it, pretty awesome

Re: Panoramic Roof

I absolutely love my panoramic roof. As far as the light goes there it isnt too bad as it does come with a tint. Brightens up (not just literally) the inside of the jeep.

Re: Panoramic Roof

I haven't closed the shade since last September. Our winter was milder than normal but I have found that sunlight coming through the glass helps warm the cabin. I did not feel any cold air coming through the glass seals. In the heat of summer I will keep it closed when the glass is closed. I've never been in a Jeep with a regular sunroof but compared to our Malibu, which does have one, there is no additional noise.

Thanks. I wish we had sun in the winter. Sunrise is by about 1130 and sets by 1300. I hail from western NY state though so I know winters there and they can get brutal. Good to know its sends the sun warmth in.

Pano roof, and add the lockpick (chr550, I believe), and monitors in the rear , WAY better than factory rear entertainment. My 2 kids love the glass roof.

Normally we loose the sun in Nov. and it reappears in March. But this winter was more like a long autumn. Worked for me.

When I moved South that was the biggest change for me. In Syracuse we'd get 6-10 blue sky days in the 6 month long winter. Here we get 6-10 cloudy days in a 3 month winter.
