Re: Picked her up tonight

Hem, thanks for the info.

If it came with the same controls and matched, i wouldn't mind if they gave me the limited steering wheel. Not really that fond of the wood accent. That being said, i will probably get one of the fiat sedan wheels!

Re: Picked her up tonight

Congrats on the purchase. To me white gold and saddle are two colors you think would completely clash, but for some reason I love them!!! Real classy, luxurious combonation! I was looking at a white gold with saddle Overland yesterday and liked it a lot.
Now as for the steering wheel thing that is mind boggeling. How on earth can that happen? It would stick out like a sore thumb, are these people at the plant that oblivious? Unbelievable!

When I told my wife they gave me the wrong steering wheel she said "only you would notice that" I think Jeep underestimates its owners.

No I think she makes a valid point. I'm giving Chrysler some credit here assuming they willingly KNEW they were putting the wrong steering wheel in and possibly had a supply issue at that time and didn't want to hold up the vehicle so they put in the Overland steering wheel figuring most people may not notice or figuring those that would, can take it their dealer and get the proper one installed once they resolve any possible supply issue they may have had. I'm guessing here of course

For a 49K MSRP vehicle? That might be OK with you but that dog wont hunt with me.
