Just to update my fellow Canadians, just found a letter in the mail with the $200 gift certificate. I am in Edmonton, Alberta. Looking forward to getting some accessories, too bad it wasn't 2 weeks earlier just bought mud flaps and the hood deflector.

Thx Whoflung for your input and happy shopping! , when i called back FCA canada and spoke to a customer care manager this time, they confirmed that Canada would also start the rollout of the program! my JGC ' VIN is not in the selected ones, ( 2014' s need to have 4 recalls total ) but i am happy to see FCA is now extending this program to Canada!

Does anyone know the exact qualifications for this offer? I found the press release and it states multiple recalls on 2011-2014 model year Chryslers. Multiple is typically more than 2. The year range is pretty clear. But other than that, does anyone know which recalls, when they needed to have been completed by, if you're some how listed as a preferred customer based on # of service visits to Jeep provided they keep this info in a database. Any info would be helpful. Still trying to determine why I didn't get one and if I was even entitled. Thanks all.

As a german yuo pay more and get less service. I think because of the few sold GC in Europe. Thanks Fiat, known as a service-moron in Europe.

I am gonna call Monday and ask if they can send me a voucher. Ive been through the ringer (roughly 7 months of hell) getting out of my 2014 lemon and into my current 2015.

I went and tried to use my $200 cert last week. After being told i could use it for stuff like a Jeep hat and things on the rack, moments later i was told I could just use it on genuine mopar accesories, no hats, shirts,etc. I guess I will just get 20 oil filters then, it's not really doing me much good as i already got the accesories I wanted.

I saw in a different post that some one called Chrysler and they said if you do not have more than two recalls, you won't be in their system for the gift certificate. Not sure if those members who have received it have had more than that amount of recalls.
