Haven't seen a thing in my mailbox - but as my EcoDiesel has been perfect for the last 24000 miles, maybe I should be happy?...

To be happy with what you have would be unAmerican in THIS political climate when someone else got something for free. LOL We all need to pile on those that got something!

Pleasant Surpise in Mail Today

Have a 14' Altitude. I do have a recall to complete since the form is on my counter. However I do have the MaxCare Lifetime.

Ugh. Love to get a voucher. It would be used immediately.

Just got mine? Do I have to use the voucher at my dealership or can I order some stuff online with it?

Re: Pleasant Surpise in Mail Today

I was surprised to find a $200 certificate in my mailbox this evening.

The way the letter reads it's a sign of appreciation for my loyalty and patience for them having to ask me to come in for unexpected service for recalls.

Read the fine print on the back of the certificate...

CUSTOMER REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Certificate is valid only on Mopar brand parts or accessories. It is not valid on labor.

Only valid certificate codes can be used.

Certificate must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the entire amount of the certificate is not used in one transaction, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Mopar Parts and Accessories from dealer stock or factory ordered must be purchased over the counter to qualify for this offer. Not valid for prior purchases.

The discount can be used on multiple items but must be redeemed at time of parts/accessory purchase and is not eligible for prior purchases.

There are also a set of instructions that the dealer must follow for reimbursement. So based on that along with the above "over the counter" statement I'd have to say this would not apply to online purchases.

EDITED TO ADD...

- I've only had one of the several recalls performed (brake booster shield).

- I do not have any extended warranty beyond the factory basic vehicle and powertrain warranties.

I have a 2014 Overland with a lifetime maxcare warranty. I just received my $200 gift certificate as well. Been looking at a bug deflector for my hood. Yes I know they're ugly but I'm tired of getting little rock chips in my windshield. It's nice that they're giving us something. I haven't really had many troubles with mine just a fuel filler they replaced and a rattle in one of my seat tracks. The software updates really did not bother me very much. But it was a pain in the rear to keep taking it in for the recalls so I'm glad they gave us something because it was truely inconvenient. I still love my jeep and I still smile when I walk up to it every night.

Same here, no extended warranties, just the factory warranties that came with it. Bought it certified used, so it came with the remainder of those. Just got our $150 certificate in the mail today, very pleasant surprise. Was not expecting anything since we didn't buy it new.

The only recall we've had done so far is the brake booster shield. The visor wiring and the ORC module are waiting. Haven't received a notice on the module in the mail yet (saw it via their recalls check website), but have received two about the visor wiring.

Re: Pleasant Surpise in Mail Today

Just wondering if anyone can take a picture of the letter that came in the mail? I do not want to throw it away thinking it was junk mail. Did it come first class mail and was Jeep or Mopar anywhere on the return address? Thanks Al

It has JEEP prominently in the return address and a "A Sign of Our Appreciation" to the right of your address.
