Not in my case. I still have 3 outstanding recalls that have not been completed and still got my gift.

I've only had one recall for mine. I guess I don't qualify then? Bummer

Glad to see they are doing something for you guys with more though.

I had 5+ in the first year with my JK and nothing.
Seems FCA is starting to show some form of respect for their customers.

Actually had zero recalls for mine, other than the TSBs or RRTs - which I was proactive in having done. $150-$200 of free loot would of been wonderful, but I'll take a wonderfully running EcoDiesel.

Well today I called Chrysler Canada. I wanted to know if the ''Customer appreciation program'' would also include us north of the USA boarder... The gentleman which I spoke to was very nice, did not have a clue what I was referring to...so he went and gathered information on the program currently ongoing in the USA. When he took the line again, he was quite upset himself, saying that ''...this program is only available in the United States...sorry to tell you sir....''

So, I guess that we, Canadians, are not worth been ''appreciated!'' That our JGC's are maybe having the same issues and we are experimenting the same grief, but still not worth keeping as loyal customers. We also pay probably 20% more for the same cars...Somewhere in all of this, I would really appreciate to hear the true reason on why we are not as valuable... volume of sales?! maybe...but we still have a choice down the road....food for thought... So maybe if many other Canadians would call FCA Canada customer care centers @ 1.800.465.2001 and inquire about this Customer appreciation Program...we never know...not getting any high hopes....Hey, if no one ever speaks out, who would listen?

Used mine at the dealership today for the illuminated "Jeep" door sill guards. They asked for my ID to verify it was me. Maybe some dealer's wouldn't. It would have been nice if it came with a code to redeem online.

Kind of amusing I haven't gotten one of these given that my Jeep has been in the shop over 30 days since I bought it in January and is facing a buyback... maybe they've written me off!
