Apologies if this was mentioned in another thread, but today I got a letter from Chrysler for a free oil change and a gift cert for $150 on any MOPAR part or accessory. Not bad.
Mine didn't include the free oil change (maybe because I have several free ones left), but the MOPAR discount was for $200. They must be feeling guilty about something.
That's a possibility. Customer Service actually got in touch with me after I filled in that survey and we are going to do a follow up with the dealer (once the weather improves) to look deeper into the ACC/FCW issues.
After looking over the MOPAR goodies on the net, I concluded that I've already gotten all the expensive stuff I was going to put on, but the heated windshield washing system seems to be calling to me.
Well, they spent over $100 replacing my cargo floor flip up cover. And that's not including the dealer giving me a new Overland two days after I bought the first one.
Received mine today for my 2014 GC. Its a free oil change and $150 gift certificate. The letter is an apology for having to bring it in for all the recalls. It is a nice gesture from them and the $150 does not have any limits like spend $500 and get $150 off or anything like that. its a free and clear $150 for whatever mopar product you decide to buy. Product only no labor.
I wonder if they'll do my oil change for free, I'm running synthetic. The coupon doesn't say there's any limits or restrictions...
As for the 150 gift certificate I'm looking at the mopar pedal kit, the valve stem covers and a pair of black license plate covers. I'll be paying 31.00 out of pocket. Pretty good deal.
Was looking for this to come in the mail yesterday as I needed an oil change. Unfortunately I got nothing, but surprisingly the dealer had a free synthetic change on file for me from my troubles with them last year.
Hope I get one. Have all you guys had all of the recalls done? I'm wondering who they sent these to. And I'm assuming the air cabin filter would be checked by the dealer during regular service intervals yeah?
No offense but this posts pisses me off. I've purchased four Grand Cherokees which three were Summits and my most recent is a Red Vapor SRT and I've received a leather key chain which I will never use. Would be nice to have received a voucher. ?
