Its not just the bulb that moves position on the autoleveling systems. The entire projector itself is what moves and sometimes even the high beam/drl side as well in systems where those are assembled as one piece. So as the others have said it is no issue whatsoever the system wont just wobble around in there it will be 100% solid and adjustable like any normal headlight.

As far as the self leveling...you don't need it anyway. You can still align the headlights properly. The motor will not activate wwithout the corect harness and the computer telling it to. I have 08-10 hid lamps on my jeep and. And the self leveling has never activated and the lamps align perfect.

thats what i was trying to say that if it is there there is nothing telling it to move, so it will sit in the neutral position, and you can align however you like

So the ballasts are definitely attached to the headlight housing (found a pic), but does anyone know for certain that they are included at the $482 price?

I've become used to German auto makers ridiculous prices on parts, so if the $482 includes the housing ballasts and blubs thatís a bargain!
