Possible to replace full size spare with collapsible spare?

I am looking to either get rid of my spare or (if possible and preferred) would like to run a compact collapsible spare similar to what Porsche uses. I know the guys with the WK1 SRTs were able to find a bolton solution and I am hoping to do the same. I don't think just deflating the tire will give me the room that I need for my audio upgrades...

I don't know that the 195/65/18 would be able to fit on the spare. The VW/Porsche/Audi use a 18x6.5, I believe the SRT is a 18x8.
