Powered lift gate strength

Does anyone know how much the electric jackscrew on the powered ligate is actually capable of hoisting?

I do not know the answer, but if pressure is put on the gate, it assumes something ain't right, so it stops

It'll hoist itself had enough into my garage door to scratch the paint lol. Back on topic, what are you trying to lift with it?

I have a Gobi steel ladder mounted to mine and it has no problem lifting that.
