Typing this on my iPad while sitting in my WK2 as I wait for my partner to finish up baseball practice, so excuse typos or weird links. :-D
There is a decent cargo liner listed above in this thread that fits the 2010 Grand Cherokee and is very well made-- and almost $400. I haven't heard back if they have a 2011 version on the way (but I can only assume they do).
Still.... $400. That's insane.
What I've done for now, and it works surprisingly well, is use the MOPAR cargo mat (the rubber slush mat, around $80, I think). I found a place on Amazon that sells black moving blankets for around $20. That, plus some Velcro Fusion (iron on Velcro; it fuses to the fabric and doesn't come off --- hard to find in stores, but Amazon has it) makes an excellent dog cover. The Velcro (the hook side) holds it onto the sidewalls and setbacks well; there is more than enough to overlap the bumper and exposed painted plastic bits that Jeep should have never left exposed on a cargo area.
The cargo blanket is moderately water resistant and is machine washable (first use, my dogs barfed all over it - nothing got on the carpet, and my front loader did a great job on it; no fading even on the super hot sanitize cycle). I'm counting on the MOPAR liner to actually catch any liquids.
It's not beautiful... But it's also not $400...and the black blanket looks like it belongs in my Summit. It doesn't look trashy when its folded up.
Second benefit; the blanket is nice to have in case you need to transport something that might get damaged. It, the metal argo tiedown hooks, and a few bungles that you should store in the wheel wells works very well.
You can get the blankets in single, four, or dozen packs.

I think I'm still going to order the clear plastic bumper film (also in this thread) to be safe.
This is such a weird thing for me; my TJ was completely scratched up and had all sorts of stains and interior damage from my dogs... I am so paranoid about scratching up or messing up the WK2. LOL. Ah well. At least I'm not embarrassed to go on a date in it or let a valet park this thing.... :-)
