I think he means that he needs to install a lift of some kind (maybe for a scooter) that will block the rear camera location, and is wondering about other cameras on the vehicle.

There are no front or side cameras on the Grand Cherokee. The only thing you might be thinking of is the radar unit for the adaptive cruise control (it is located in the center of the lower fascia, below the bumper) and the sensors for the cross path detection/blind spot monitoring (located on the sides of the rear bumper cover), but those are ONLY if you get the technology package.

As for the rear view camera, nobody has tried to relocate it, and moving it around will essentially invalidate the visual assists on the screen since the distances will change. The best and easiest choice might be mounting some kind of aftermarket rear view camera (like the kind you put on a license plate mount) on the lift itself and using a different screen.

^^^^good info

You could also look into an extra remote camera for when the lift is installed. There are cheap and easy to install cameras just for that
