Ha ha!! I feel like this thread is turning into the equivalent of my personal facebook wall!!
That said, Chrysler Middle East just replied to the e-mail I had sent asking for assitance last Saturday when I was in the "clean injectors" debacle with my dealer:
"Hope the concern regarding your vehicle was resolved satisfactorily by Griffin Lewis.
We appreciate your valuable comments and hoping to look forward to be at your service always.
Chrysler Group Middle East"
So I guess even though they did not respond to my e-mail immediately, they went to work behind the scenes. Their customer satisfaction rating just shot up in my books.
Haven't received the Jeep yet, but will post once I do to give my impressions on how she handles after the fix.
I should also mention that after I bought my Jeep by like a month or two, I received a letter (real genuine letter - not an e-mail) from Chrysler Middle East congratulating me on my purchase and welcoming me to the Jeep family. Never received that from the makers of my past cars.
