Rear cargo liner options 2014?

My 2014 WK2 is about a week away. I'll need a rear cargo mat that is waterproof. I have a weathertech one from my current car. Does Jeep offer a option or is weathertech the best bet? Their website lists it for $109. Anybody picked one up for less?

The weathertech cargo mat does cover pretty much everything in the back. It does have a small lip that goes around the entire edge, even on the back.

Wish weathertech, husky, mopar or anybody would make the jeep brown color mats. Tan, black, and gray just doesn't cut it

Got MOPAR and driver / passenger mats fit very nicely. Also cargo liner fits nicely as well.

Unfortunately, rear passenger coverage just plain sux.

I have the Weathertech mats and am very happy with them. The fit is perfect.

I went with Kramer America/Kramer Accessories. The second row is a very good fit. The rear cargo is acceptable. Waiting for the fronts to come in for the 2014's. They say it is going to be a very good fit. I have had Weathertechs in the past but thought I would try these. They are very close to Weathertechs but they are less expensive. So far so good!

I would like to have somewhat frequent access to the spare tire storage area. Is the Weathertech cargo liner flexible enough for that, or would you recommend the Mopar liner?

Thanks in advance.

The whole rear deck lifts up for access to the spare tire and storage area so flexibility of the overlaying liner is not an issue at all. You just need to lift the rear portion of the liner slightly for access to the lift handle for the spare tire cover and the Weathertech is very fexible for that.

I have the Husky, and access the spare area frequently with no problem. Like the hook strap that holds it open too.

Anyone purchased the WeatherTech "tan" that has jeep brown/light frost interior? ( 2014 Overland). I'm concerned about the color match....not that I would expect an exact match, but if its too far off it may be like adding a whole new color to the mix.. The black as an alternative, is neutral, but seems like it would be too stark. Unlike the 2013's the floorboard carpeting is the same light frost and not black, so I have to have something....even after a week it's getting pretty dirty.

Thanks,

I'm in the same boat...I can't decide what to order because I have no idea what is going to look best with the brown/light frost interior. I'm leaning towards the X-Acts for front/back but I'm not sure how the black would look....

I know this thread is a little old, but was helpful in my decision on mats, so I thought I would round it out with a pic of the canvasback cargo liner. This is with a detachable 14" apron to protect the bumper and the side panels. Fit and quality is top notch. I went with the Granite color to give some contrast to the black interior and make it easier to see any puppy mistakes that need to be cleaned up.

I also went with the Husky front and middle mats that fit perfect.

So, Husky in the front, and German Shepherd in the back?

That actually look like a great setup. Is the bottom mat supported at all? Or is it just completely soft?

My concern is the transfer of load down to the metal rails in the back. Of all things, I'm afraid of denting them. One reason I was considering the MOPAR mat, it appears to be pretty robust, and I like the idea of the rubbery "slide less" surface.

I don't have one for the moment, and I need to rent a Roto Tiller this weekend (which rate pretty high on the "Boy, that sure is heavy, awkward, muddy and stinky with sharp metal things sticking out everywhere". Just the thing you want to toss in the back of new JGC.

I have some blankets I'll use to cover it up, and do my best to be gentle putting it in and out -- we'll see how it works out.

I have one as well, love it. But I went with black and a longer apron. I think the apron on mine is 24 inches long. It completely covers the rear bumper. My hitch is aftermarket so it's lower down and the apron goes right down to my hitch. I made a step for my dogs that fits into the receiver so it's perfect.

Went with MOPAR cargo mat. Much more rubber feel than husky or weather tech, and did not want things sliding around in back. Ordered the Husky weather beater floor mats and sent them back - feel more like plastic than rubber. Heard the weather techs are even worse. Read about the new Husky x-act fit. Ordered them, and they were delivered today. I think they are great - nice rubber feel. Now just need the jeep to put them in.

I like the rubber feel, but my Mopar cargo mat seems 1" small in every direction. Really wish it was a better fit. Not the end of the world because I have a padded mat back there for the dog anyway.

Regardless of it being small, it doesn't move around much at all.

I picked up the MOPAR rear for $59. MSRP is like $100 I think. So it costs the dealer less than $50 for the unit. Just a heads up.
