Scratched my bumper after hitting wall

So my wife was backing in to park inside a parking lot and she didn't see the concrete wall behind the car. She bumped into it and now the jeep has scratches on the right side of the bumper.
I tried to clean it off but the paint is chippe. So I used a paint repair pen. It's called Quixx paint repair pen and it's a clear coat.
What should I do to get ride of the scuff marks? The repair pen only applied a clear coat to seal in the scuffs but they are still visible. Should I buy oem Mopar white paint and apply it on the scratches?
I'm attaching some pictures. Any help is appreciated, my wife is really upset about not realizing the concrete wall behind her. She just got her jeep two weeks ago
Thank you

Re: Scratched my bumper after hitting wall

I would give Dr. Color Chip a shot. The link is attached & I've had good results with it. It's still just touch up paint but I found it easy to work with & the color matches well. Good luck with the touch ups.

Seriously. The excessive beeping and rear view camera didn't even flag her attention. Damn cell phones!

Re: Scratched my bumper after hitting wall

I've used the MOPAR paint pen on bumpers. Not professional work, but good enough for me.
Look around, most vehicles have nicks in the rubber bumper paint after a while. On the other hand you could trade it in (Jeep, not the wife).

Was wondering the same myself- these things rarely happen especially with all the technology this vehicle possesses unless he does not have the Backup Cam and Rear Park Assist System

Re: Scratched my bumper after hitting wall

To OP, just go to the dealership and get the Mopar OEM touch-up paint for an exact match which costs less than $15. If you are not picky it will blend in nicely and will not be an eyesore or very noticeable.

If your dealer has a body shop, they may comp it.

Agree. I have done this already due to a Kroger cart that has magically escaped its coral. Dealership had it in stock and it blended nicely.

Re: Scratched my bumper after hitting wall

Those touch up guys will buff that out easy. Did with mine, paint peeled off exposing the bumper flesh. Buffed rite out on the metallic mineral grey.
