Just off topic: I can see how some panels may be misaligned. All it takes is for the robots' arms to er a few millimeters.
Actually... speaking as a Robotics Engineer, the published repeatability of those Fanuc robots (even the big panel-assembly ones) is WELL under 1 mm, independent of load... and that's most likely highly conservative. If it were "off by a few mm", it'd be a programming issue and it'd be "off by a few mm" on absolutely every vehicle. Those are NOTHING if not repeatable. They're unbelievably good at doing the exact
same thing, over and over again.
I'd lean strongly towards human error. We're *far* less repeatable than robots.
