SELEC-TERRAIN Selections

Can the SELEC-TERRAIN™ dial be moved to a different option (Auto - Sport)with the vehicle in motion? If so, up to what speed can it be adjusted?

Thanks

Check this out. You can download the manual for your Jeep.

Re: SELEC-TERRAIN Selections

The version of the manual I have downloaded doesn't specify any speed restrictions.

Re: SELEC-TERRAIN Selections

The answer is "yes", you can move the dial while in motion. The vehicle, however, will refuse to enter another mode if your speed exceeds it's parameters. By example, trying to go into ORA modes at speeds above the maximum allowed.

Re: SELEC-TERRAIN Selections

The only mode that requires you to be stopped is rock mode, which is only because that requires a shift to 4 low as well.
