Re: SEMA: 2011 Overland Carbon Edition

There are some nice peices to that. I love the carbon trim on the inside, And the mirrors look sweet. As far as the major panel s go they dont do it for me, neither does the paint sceeme. Now the seat while not being practial do look sweet.

So question.... Being that sema is in Nevada with all of the tire choices available why would they go with Blizzak studless snow tires..LOL

Re: SEMA: 2011 Overland Carbon Edition

Sorry you don't like the jeep carbon edition for thoses of you how don't know this it the development vehicle for the top secret 650 hp SRT 10, the objective was to reduce as much wt. From the vehicle as possiable so do get your feathers all ruffeled as we all thought none of you guys would ever get so it must of worked.
Oh one more thing, I built the vehicle so these are facts.

Re: SEMA: 2011 Overland Carbon Edition

Well we saved 257lbs, in horse power gain per weight that is great, as for the paint both white and grey are pearl colors, you have to see it in person to appreciate it, the carbon steering wheel was not done in time so that's why its wood. And for the off roaders we aredeveloping more composite parts then on the carbon edition, like kevlar skid plates and more, the carbon also has carbon fenders.

Re: SEMA: 2011 Overland Carbon Edition

I don't know why Jeep has a hard on for putting woodgrain on the wheels. I think overall this looks cool. It'd probably pop a little more if they threw in some red accents.
