Re: SEMA - Slammed Summit

I'll be the oddball, I love the two tone, and am wondering how it would look with red....

The wheels look like a matte gunmetal grey, or argent.

I'm going to totally slam my wife's WK2!!

Re: SEMA - Slammed Summit

A few people referenced this Summit as being "slammed". Is it me or does it look nothing more than stock suspension sitting in park mode? My Overland is in park mode right now in the garage and as far as I can tell looks like the same ride height.
I know this Summit has a lot of work done, but I cant imagine anyone removing that entire system to put some cheap lowering springs on. I would bet thats stock suspension in park mode.

I also think it is in park mode. I was at SEMA and took some pics but they didn't turn out as well as the pics posted earlier in the thread. The diameter of the 285/45/22 tire is 32.1" vs. the stock 265/50/20 which is 30.5" in diameter so its going to look lowered as the wheel and tire take up more room in the wheel well.

I thought the 22's looked great since the wheel well is so large on the WK2. I asked about them and they are not available - they are a set of one-off wheels. Maybe Factory reproductions will start making them.

I've been at SEMA all week and saw it yesterday. The truck is definitely lowered and sitting on 22" shoes. All the "chrome" has been painted flat grey. No changes to the interior. Enjoy...

What is the offset of these wheels? I wanna put this size tire on a set of 22 viper reps.
