Little over a 6 week wait, and so worth it!

The Indigo interior is by far the nicest looking interior I have ever seen in any vehicle. I was nervous because of some of the pictures posted here, but there it not one single thing I dislike about it. The blue in no way is too blue. It's like black in that it'a sexy dark interior, but it's unique.

I thought the white would be a little too white from all the pictures here with the body color moldings and whatnot...but its unreal. Almost jaw dropping with the LED's when they pulled it in front of the dealership for me.

My instant impression of the 8 speed transmission is incredible. It seems to be a little jumpy at first, but it'll learn me...just like my Lexus did. Can already tell i'll be 100% satisfied with the 6cyl.

UConnect is simple, fast, and beautiful. Will take some getting used to, but everything is laid out very nice. Have already navigated to 4-5 locations pretty close to home and no issues yet. Maps are nice and clean, turn by turn in the cluster is really nice too. I even changed the icon to a Jeep :)

I'll get more pictures up soon, but just got hit with a snow storm in MA...so she'll be in the garage staying clean for a bit.

Please let me know if you have any questions or any picture requests. This forum has been great prior to and during my wait. I'm happy to return the favor!

-Andrew

I ordered the exact same thing, so your post has me really pumped. Can you take a pic that captures the blue/brown/white of the interior while still having the white of the exterior? Like an open door or through an open window from about 3ft back? I'm wanting to see the contract of the Bright White with the blue/brown.

Don't worry...there will be 100 miles on it when I get home. It just slept in the garage last night because of the snow. I put on ~20k per year.

I'll get a picture in the spring in front of my parent's barn with an 8 foot flag. Luckily, my girlfriend is a professional photographer! And yes...her car stayed outside in the snow last night...she understood :)

It's the 6 cyl.

As requested: I tried the best I could to get accurate pics of the interior color. I took about 12 shots and picked the best few. The close up one, I included my blue jeans and black wool coat for comparison.

About the exhaust. There are oval cutouts for the oval dual exhaust. If you put the flattened summit tips on there, I think it'd look funny. Some bigger tips might look nice though. They are molded into the mufflers..but any shop could cut them off and weld new ones on for you. I'll be leaving mine as-is.

And yes, those are custom hand-crafted cardboard floor mats until my Weathertechs are delivered.

Thanks for the pics..the indigo looks quite sharp and the white piping on the seats goes nicely with your exterior color...and thanks for the exhaust info...makes sense.
I'll pay the shipping for those "custom hand-crafted" floor mats once you get your Weathertecs ;-)

What color is the carpet? Black? Beautiful combo of exterior and interior colors. Where can I order those custom cardboard floor mats?

Carpet is blu, but very deep blue.

pillars, headliner, and sunroof shade are dark brown.

If the sun has set, the interior looks black all around...with the white piping really standing out under the ambient lighting.

I can't get over how warm and inviting the interior is without being black and somewhat boring.

Thank you!

I was never torn, I was always going v6 because I put on about 20k miles per year and barely tow. I actually didn't test drive a '14..there were none on the lots when I ordered.

There's nothing I'd enjoy more than the V8 with a nice exhaust on it!

At one point, I was torn between a 2013 and a 2014 V6. The transmission makes it feel like a completely different vehicle. The few extra MPG, and the electronic upgrades made waiting for a 2014 a no brainer. The old 5 speed made the v6 feel like a dog. The 8 speed makes it feel like how you think 290HP should move a mid-size SUV.

I tow a small boat a few times per year on the weekends, and tow 2 snowmobiles a few times per winter. If I did more towing and put on fewer miles per year, I'd have gotten the V8 or waited for the CRD....or bought a different vehicle all together.

Congrats and thanks for the pictures. I still would have to see the color in person, but I think I'll be satisfied with black. I test drove both a V6 and V8 for the 2013 models and while I was fine with the V6, my "Jeremy Clarkson" side for power made me consider a V8.

I'm sure you'll be happy with black. The materials are great and fit and finish is excellent. I was coming from black interiors on my last 4 vehicles...was time for a change...and I ended up liking it way more than I thought.

My last vehicle was a Lexus IS350. I will miss the speed and handling for sure, but I'm in no way disappointed with the V6 so far.

Congrats the white is truly stunning

Congrats !! Your new GC looks Great !!

A '14 White/Indigo Overland is exactly the Model & Color Combo I was considering and your pics may have sealed the deal for me !!

Most of the White Overlands in my area are either Black or Jeep Brown & Light Frost Beige so it's been tough to find the Indigo.

Now just have to decide V6 or V8

Good Luck with her !!

Andosky, Congrats on your white/indigo Overland. Looks like we will be ordering a matching white and indigo Overland too. My wife decided she wanted to go back to a white jeep after having 3 red jeeps. Said if we get another red nobody will know she has a new Jeep. Only decision was the interior color and I think we will go with the indigo after seeing your pictures. Thanks. Al

Glad I could help Al! I was the same way with my vehicles. My last 3 have been black or charcoal...was time for a change.

I really tried my hardest to capture the correct color in the pictures. Some of the pictures of the Indigo from the various auto shows are just plain bad.

Go for it! You'll love it!
