Re: Should I use REC 90 gas in my V8?

Well, that answers that . . . and as most suspected. Thanks.

The problem is that most blends can change throughout the year. What would happen if you were caught between changes? Say from 2% ethanol to 10% ethanol. Summer to winter. I know here in Arizona we change the blend from Winter to Summer, and back again. All that aside, your testing was pretty much done at the same time of year - and makes sense.

(By the way, my wife LOVES her new Cherokee - huge bang-for-the-buck and dealers are selling them VERY fast!) Love these Italian cars made in Detroit.

Re: Should I use REC 90 gas in my V8?

My V8 Limited only has 500km on the clock and is currently averaging 12.38mpg or 19.1L in local terms here in Australia. This is running premium unleaded (98RON). Hoping for a slight improvement as she gets more mileage.
