Thanks! (psst . . . you too MD, grudges are for fools and apparently professional sports players . . . )
Would you believe after 3 weeks of ownership (garaged) it has only been rinsed off once (coin operated, no soap) ? True, so it hasn't been out "playing" much other than trying to rack up some Break-In miles.
MORE PICS WILL FOLLOW as I hope to "tell our story" (Me & the Recon-izer) going down the OFF Road path to Fly Fishing places yet gone to and Jeepy-trails never taken (yet!). It's gonna be fun, and hope this INSPIRES others to go on Their Adventures; sharing them (perhaps) here as well ! ?

psst2; To my Aussie Friends, you still out their ? Misunderstandings are just that . . . so, "silence" isn't necessarily golden (in our case), hope to hear & SEE more great back woods / beach / or whatever other G.C. Travels/ Adventures you got Cooking ! :slap fight:

Tried a level 3 trail on Saturday. Had to check myself before I wrecked myself not even 5% of the way in.

Looks like the lift and underside armor will be going on sooner than I planned.

Your "level of experience" on the trails and / or learning curve may be "in play" as far as Your confidence (not the G.C.'s capability) to aim the wheels to properly negotiate the high & low spots along the way ! ? Not knowing what That is, I dare not risk alienating you ! I have Zero experience in my New G.C.
(which has the OFA1 option), but have done my fair share in my '03 4X2 Ram 1500. I bet there are a # of websites dedicated to teaching the proper way.
Trail Damage might be one ? Jeep Expeditions Group, Trails Off Road, and also just watching closely guys videos like WK2 Project and Likes 2 Jeep ! ? THAT is what I do a lot of and when I finally do "get out their" I think I will have the confidence and smarts to know when to play it safe and when to give it a try - as long as the Back up Plan is ready ! Looks like you at least have a good set of tires !

"Easy Trail?," by what standards ? Do you think a Stock Trail Rated G.C. - well, with the addition of a good AT tire, do this trail ?
Yes, with decent tires I do. I'd suggest skids. I went on my sliders once and my diff plate a cpl times.a

Went to Silver Lakes Sand Dunes (Michigan). No problems. Tires aired down to 17, nice ride, took all areas like a champ. 8 hours on the beach, 2 nights at campsite. Awesome.

Yay, Michigan ! I haven't been to the Great Outdoors of Michigan, hmm . . . since 2003 - a mini Brotherly reunion of golf, & Salmon fly-fishing on the PM (that's the Pere Marquette River, for those not aware) near Baldwin ! Didn't camp with all the golf & Fly-fishing gear, but the Baldwin local motel was "rustic" ! Many Big fish caught & released to spawn !
So (I see) you were camping in the wilderness away from the crowds and loving every moment in quiet solitude ! ! Any cool sunset over the water pictures ? Silliness aside, that looks like a Fun day on the sand. Were there "Events" of sorts for the vehicles ?

The way some other people where acting around my campsite, you could say I was camping in the wilderness LOL

No "events" rather than strolling through the sands and hills in the park.

Took a trip out to Big Bend National Park last week. Drove a few of the 4WD roads, including Old Ore Road and River Road. The Jeep did great. The diesel engine, 4 Low, and QuadraLift got me through anything the trails threw my way.

Some backcountry forest service roads in northwest Nevada in the northeast White Mountains.

Evening shot shows Boundary Peak (13,104') in distance to the south with remnants of snow.

Daytime shots show drive up no longer maintained FS road in Indian Creek, parking at 4600' above the last pavement.
