I'm not sure anyone replied (at least I didn't see it), but will a pretty large travel kennel fit in the back of the WK2 with the back seats still up?

What constitutes a “pretty large travel kennel”? If you provided some dimensions, then someone could help.

It's a Retriever travel kennel, large size. The dimensions are 26w x 36L x 28h. Thanks for the help. The wife and I will be ordering our GC in the next couple of days.

Re: Show us your Dogs!

Would I be correct in saying those numbers represent inches, and not centimetres or even furlongs?

Actually it's in cubits. Ok, not really. You would be correct in assuming they're inches.

Re: Show us your Dogs!

Biggest problem I have with Pit bulls is their young male owners. They dont know how to properly train a dog especially an intact male and basically just dont have a clue about dog ownership. Its all about image and being bad. I know when a dog is going to get aggressive before it acts and the VA Farm Act lets me take whatever steps necessary to protect my two working herding dogs. Shame it only applies to the dogs. Biggest problems with Pit bulls is the bite since they dont release. Dont trust pits and never will.

Well I am a young pit bull owner(22) and my pit bull knows better I've trained all the dogs I've had in the past 4 years since I was 18 I've had 3 pit bulls all rednose minus one and their new owners love them cause they are trained well enough to be bad. I've never ONCE had a bad experience with pits I take him to the dog park and gets along great with all the other dogs from labs to huskys. Your experienced maybe bad but don't say ALL young owners don't know how to blah blah blah. Trust not ALL of them are bad dogs just don't have a good owner it goes for adults as well.

Biggest problem I have with SRTs is their young male owners. They don’t know how to properly drive a car especially a performance one and basically just don’t have a clue about car ownership. It’s all about image and being bad. I know when a car is going to get out of control before it acts and the VA Farm Act lets me take whatever steps necessary to protect my two working herding 4 wheelers. Shame it only applies to the cars. Biggest problems with SRTs is the brake since they don’t release. Don’t trust SRTs and never will.

You realise what a general sweeping and myopic comment you made? It’s not about Pits, it’s not about young males. It is about ignorant owners full stop.
Anyone that trusts a dog they don’t own is an idiot.

Your comment is in the same league as making religious or political based comments. It has no place on a website about Jeeps. This can lead to no good. If I could, I would delete your post.
This thread is about showing our dogs. Members of our families, and you come along and make such a clichéd and ill-informed comment like that sours this good hearted thread.

Why would you want to derail this thread? Why?
What the hell was the purpose of your comment? What were you trying to achieve? To insult all Pitty owners?

You’ve made several positive comments in this thread and shared your own two dogs. Why the change of character to make negative comments about a breed and infer that you would happily kill them if they came near your dogs?

Re: Show us your Dogs!

^ that pretty much sums it up. I don't own a pit but a boxer and I'm 22. I trained her since I got her and she goes to the dog park all the time and has many pit friends and never had any problems.
