Sorry to rain on your parade, but they are the same ones, they may look longer in the picture, but they arenít. It is very hard to tell proportionally until you get it in your hand.
The need a banana for scale in their photo to help you.

That is the whitest jeep logo on your mat I've seen since driving off the lot. Can't understand why they keep doing them in white. I just shampooed mine last week and already getting gummed up again. Why not charcoal or something dark.

Not raining on my parade... I was not going by the pictures. I was going by the description. It says "Rear Door Sills is 65mm(2.56'') longer than old type, which make it more practical and beautiful", but if they are the same as the others I'll get them and save some money.

Re: sill guards

The rears on my Mopars are 5 inches and the fronts around 16. It does appear the the rears on this set are longer.

The only reason the small rear ones don't bother me is that I seldom open the rear doors.

No, it looks like you're 100% right, I thought my rears were half the length of the front, but they aren't

I should go measure to make sure, but this is the pic from the ones I purchased and I think it's right.

The pic of the newer ones you have found.

I ordered this exact set from eBay after doing some research and trying to find the longest rear plate. They look, and function, perfect. The only issue I ran into with the back sill plates are that since they are longer you will need to apply some firm pressure to them for some time to help conform to the curve of the rear door sill. When I first installed them the middle of the plate seemed to want to pop up as it was not making contact with the sill. They may very well have popped up again in the middle, but I have yet to have any problems with them moving or coming loose and I have kids in and out of the back all the time. I just figured that if they came loose I would get some thicker two way tape for the middle to keep them secure, but again they have been on for almost 3 months with no issues. Good luck.

How are they secured in place? Do they just snap on?

Re: sill guards

They have 3M tape on the back to stick on.

Re: sill guards

I had Xpel installed on my front and rear sills. I wanted the factory look but with protection from scuffs. Turned out to be exactly what I was going for. Just another alternative but you can get the entire sill done so you are not limited on coverage area like with the plates...

Thanks for the tip! I was going back/forth with the Sill guards but maybe I'll just do the Xpel. Good idea!

Re: sill guards

I like the illuminated door sills. Installation was fairly easy although I didn't splice the wires as per the instructions. It is much simpler to cut and use a standard electric wire twist connector.

twist connectors have no place in a hostile environment. Such as bumps, vibrations and the likes IMO.

Sure behind a wall, no problem.
