Anyone know where I can get a small key fob so that I don't have a massive bulge in my pants when Im sitting in my jeep that I will be ordering soo. (yes insert your joke here, ok im happy you are done now :thumbsup but for real
dude, there are compartments galore...take it out your pocket and put it in your center console or the compartment under the radio or even in the door arm rest...just because the car will start with your key in your pocket doesnt mean you HAVE to leave it in your pocket...I always throw mine in my top center console (armrest)
There is another way to lock the fob inside. From the manual:
"If one of the vehicle doors is open and the door panel switch is used to lock the vehicle, once all open doors have been closed, the vehicle checks the inside and outside of the vehicle for any valid Passive Entry RKE transmitters. If one of the vehicle’s Passive Entry RKE transmitters is detected inside the vehicle, and no other valid Passive Entry RKE transmitters is detected outside the vehicle, the Passive Entry System automatically unlocks all vehicle doors and chirps the horn three times (on the third attempt ALL doors will lock and the Passive Entry RKE transmitter can be locked in the vehicle)."
It would be hard to make the same mistake three times.
